These Terms of Use apply to The Next Money Move Finder, a free educational money diagnostic created by Succeed with Hennie and Hennie Grove. By accessing, using, downloading, saving, printing, sharing, or otherwise interacting with this tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
What this tool is
The Next Money Move Finder is a simple educational diagnostic. It uses the numbers you enter to estimate which broad money area may deserve attention next: cashflow, safety buffer, debt drag, or future money. It is designed to help you think more clearly and take a useful next step. It is not a complete financial plan.
What this tool is not
This tool does not provide personalised financial advice, investment advice, debt counselling, credit advice, tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or regulated financial planning. It does not consider your full financial position, objectives, family circumstances, legal obligations, tax position, risk profile, insurance needs, retirement position, estate planning position, or other facts a qualified professional would need before giving personalised advice. No result, score, estimate, milestone, recommendation, tool suggestion, or next-step prompt should be treated as an instruction to take or avoid any financial action. Before making important financial, investment, debt, tax, or legal decisions, consider speaking to an appropriately qualified professional.
Educational snapshot only
The tool works from the numbers you enter. If those numbers are rough, incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or misunderstood, the result may be less useful. The pressure estimate and pressure map are approximate educational indicators. They are not credit scores, risk ratings, affordability assessments, suitability assessments, or professional advice reports. You remain responsible for checking your own figures, understanding your obligations, and deciding whether any next step is suitable for your circumstances.
No guarantees
Succeed with Hennie and Hennie Grove do not guarantee that using this tool, following a suggested next step, joining an update list, or purchasing any related product will improve your financial position, reduce debt, increase savings, increase wealth, prevent loss, or produce any particular outcome. Examples, targets, milestones, and estimates are for educational orientation only.
Your data and privacy
The standalone tool is designed to run locally in your browser. Numbers entered into the tool are intended to stay on your device unless you choose to copy, export, print, save, upload, email, or otherwise share them. If you join an update list, access a Succeed with Hennie page, submit a Beehiiv form, visit Etsy, or use another third-party service, that service may collect and process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Permitted use
You may use the tool for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may share the official public tool page link with someone else. Unless Succeed with Hennie gives written permission, you may not modify, copy, reverse engineer, repackage, resell, redistribute, publish, embed, host, white-label, remove branding from, or create a derivative version of the tool, its design, logic, wording, calculations, report output, icons, visual style, or related materials. You may not present the tool, code, logic, calculations, design, output system, or branded materials as your own.
Intellectual property
The tool, design, wording, logic, calculations, pressure framework, report structure, branding, icons, files, and related materials are owned by Succeed with Hennie and/or Hennie Grove, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved. Succeed with Hennie and Hennie Grove reserve the right to enforce their rights and pursue any remedies available under applicable law, including losses, damages, consequential damages, costs, legal fees, and other harm caused by unauthorised use, copying, alteration, redistribution, removal of branding, or misrepresentation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Related links and third-party services
The tool may link to Succeed with Hennie pages, Beehiiv signup pages, Etsy product pages, or other third-party services. These links help you continue from your diagnostic result, but those third-party sites are not controlled by Succeed with Hennie. They may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, refund rules, delivery processes, and support processes.
Updates and availability
Succeed with Hennie may update, change, replace, withdraw, or discontinue the tool, related pages, result routes, signup forms, product links, paid tools, or these Terms of Use at any time. If you downloaded a standalone copy, it may not update automatically. Joining the relevant update list is the best way to hear about future versions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Succeed with Hennie and Hennie Grove are not liable for any loss, cost, claim, damage, lost opportunity, lost profit, financial loss, data loss, business interruption, indirect loss, consequential loss, or other harm arising from your use of, reliance on, inability to use, sharing of, modification of, or unauthorised use of the tool or related materials. You use the tool at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Separate brand and No professional relationship
The Next Money Move Finder and related Succeed with Hennie materials are provided by Succeed with Hennie as general educational content and simple personal money tools. They are not issued by, provided by, supervised by, or offered as a product or service of Grove Financial Solutions. They do not form part of Grove Financial Solutions’ regulated financial-services business.
Succeed with Hennie uses broad money principles that may be useful across different countries and currencies. The tool does not consider your full financial circumstances, local laws, tax rules, product rules, retirement fund rules, credit agreements, insurance needs, exchange-control rules, or regulatory requirements in your country.
